Pushing boundaries with his
revisionist take on classic menswear, designer Michael Thomas Bálint presented
a monochromatic palette of slouchy silhouettes and exaggerated proportions
combined with traditional tailoring in his Thomas Bálint Fall/Winter 2014 World MasterCard Fashion Week show last Tuesday.
Simple, yet sophisticated, suited
separates featuring structured—and deliberately unstructured—pieces presented a
vision of masculine style that was edgy, while also appearing effortless.
