Back to School Editorials: Tim Schumacher is Captured by Bruno Staub for GQ Style Germany's 'Jersey Boy' Shoot

Nostalgic sportswear makes a triumphant return in GQ Style Germany's 'Jersey Boy' editorial. The image series highlights a range of collegiate fashions that are worn by its fair-haired star Tim Schumacher. Tim is captured by photographer Bruno Staub for the story and is outfitted by wardrobe stylist Tobias Frericks.

In 'Jersey Boy', the model dons vintage-themed styles from Polo Ralph Lauren that include the label's log-printed sweatshirts and athletic trousers along with more tailored styles like its wool suits and collared-shirt garments.

Taking one back to school, this editorial looks to the 90s for its inspiration and proves that nostalgic sportswear is here to stay.

Luxe Biker Apparel - Versace's Fall/Winter 2014 Campaign Celebrates Opulence

Versace's Fall/Winter 2014 campaign has been released and we're more than obsessed with the Italian fashion house's biker-themed looks. This visually striking advertorial highlights the label's signature range of embellished leather jackets, eye-catching swimwear staples and lock-accented jewelry pieces.

Models Daan van der Deen and Filip Hrivnak star in the image series that is captured by legendary photographers Mert & Marcus. Standouts from the collection include its studded jackets, bandana print speedos and embroidered chaps that remind us of the brand's early 90's designs by its founder, Gianni Versace.

Supermarket Style Stories: The Fashionisto Features the Levi’s Made and Crafted Label in its 'Oh Boy' Editorial Exclusive

 

Whimsical colours, mischievous poses, and a bad-boy attitude help model Dino Sabanovic sell this pop-inspired, grocery-store-raiding style story, entitled ‘Oh Boy’, for The Fashionisto. Captured by photographer Kalia Genova, the spread features wears from the Levi’s Made & Crafted label and focuses on the rebellious spirit of youth-targeted fashion.

Fashion Flashback: THE BRUNETTES Remember FAT 2013

Unlike typical Fashion Week events, FAT Arts & Fashion Week combines runway presentations with other modern art forms, such as dance, fashion photography, and art installations, to create a truly unique and multi-disciplinary fashion experience for its guests.

Running from tonight until April 26, 2014, FAT’s 2014 lineup, with its ‘INFASHION / UNFASHION’ theme, consists of shows programmed together following contrasting ideals of what’s on trend versus what’s counterculture.

Tickets are available for sale on FAT’s website now. For those curious about what they can expect from the five-day event, we’ve included our favourite moments from FAT 2013 in this Fashion Flashback posting.

A great place to discover a new designer or brand, or just to take in an edgier show than you’re likely to see at World MasterCard Fashion Week, FAT offers a subculture of fashion that rarely gets to be experienced on such a grand scale; it’s kind of like what indie music is to pop, only with stunning clothing.

Hotel Haute Couture: The Allan Vos Spring/Summer 2014 Lookbook Reveals What's Inn

The twain shall meet with the Allan Vos Spring/Summer 2014 collection, which combines contemporary design aesthetics from the East and West, and is given even more intercontinental context with its travel-themed lookbook.

Set in a luxury hotel, these campaign images from photographer Salvador Pozo tell the story of how models Riley Anastatia, Quincy Currie and Tim Foitzik spend their business trips. Sheer fabrics, cropped silhouettes, and directional lines are courageously brought together by designer Allan Vos and are showcased in this campaign as being sophisticated, effortlessly cool, and very wearable.
