All American

Suburbia gets a heavy dose of city style in this ‘All American’ editorial from T magazine. Featuring model Erik Fallberg of Premium Models wearing pieces from designer labels such as Salvatore Ferragamo, Missoni, Hermès and many more, this style story shows the versatility of a staple in every man’s wardrobe: the leather jacket.

Lensed by Matthew Kristall and styled by Jason Rider, ‘All American’ is a tribute to the iconic symbol of youth and rebellion with a modern twist: it presents the leather jacket in a way that is mature, refined, and all grown up.

Alexander Wang x H&M: Sneak Peek

If you’re like THE BRUNETTES and are anxiously awaiting for the November 6th launch of the sportswear-focused Alexander Wang x H&M collection, which will likely sellout in its entirety on that very same day, then you’ll definitely appreciate these preview pics from the menswear range.

Logo-embossed sweaters and running meggings will give fashionisto gym rats some edge when hitting the treadmill, but it’s the gym gear in the campaign imagery, like the boxing gloves and soccer ball, that THE BRUNETTES are most hoping to see included in the line. So start drafting that must-have list now, because the Alexander Wang x H&M collection is just weeks away.

Back to School Editorials: Tim Schumacher is Captured by Bruno Staub for GQ Style Germany's 'Jersey Boy' Shoot

Nostalgic sportswear makes a triumphant return in GQ Style Germany's 'Jersey Boy' editorial. The image series highlights a range of collegiate fashions that are worn by its fair-haired star Tim Schumacher. Tim is captured by photographer Bruno Staub for the story and is outfitted by wardrobe stylist Tobias Frericks.

In 'Jersey Boy', the model dons vintage-themed styles from Polo Ralph Lauren that include the label's log-printed sweatshirts and athletic trousers along with more tailored styles like its wool suits and collared-shirt garments.

Taking one back to school, this editorial looks to the 90s for its inspiration and proves that nostalgic sportswear is here to stay.

Washed-Up Model Photography: New York Magazine's 'Pyrexia' Editorial Captures Surreal Seaside Portraits

Stunning and surreal are two words that describe the 'Pyrexia' image series from New York Magazine. The editorial recently caught our eye thanks to its playful mix of sea creature props and washed-up model stills. This oceanic fashion story by photographer Herson Nebaya explores bold visual themes that are brought to life by model Antoine Guyon.

Whether he is washed up on shore or rocking moss and seaweed-infused hair, Antoine commits to his unconventional role and pulls off an edgy wardrobe courtesy of stylist Argie Salango. Metallic tones, textured fabrics, and sheer panel pieces make up a range of effortlessly cool looks that embody clean and modern design lines.
